  • Can I return the items bought online?

    Yes, You can always change your mind on tezenis.com and return them free of charge through the return online procedure that you can find on your order status page. The returned items must be sent to Calzedonia SpA in a single shipment. You'll be refunded in no time via the payment method you originally used to make your purchase. Please see our returns policy under clause 8 of the General Conditions of Sale for more information.


  • How can I return my online order?

    ‐ Book the UPS express courier to collect the package from your chosen address. Tezenis will bear the cost of the return from your address to our warehouse in Verona ‐ The refund will be made within 14 bussiness days (for orders made with a Credit Card and PayPal). ‐ Remember, the products returned must be sent back to the Vendor in a single shipment.

    If you want to return at a Tezenis store, just follow these steps:

    • - Go to Order Status or your My Tezenis page
    • ‐ Fill in the Online Returns Form correctly by selecting all the items you wish to return
    • ‐ Book the UPS express courier to collect the package from your chosen address. Tezenis will bear the cost of the return from your address to our warehouse in Verona
    • ‐ The refund will be made within 14 bussiness days (for orders made with a Credit Card and PayPal).

    • - Go to Order Status or your My Tezenis page
    • ‐ Access your Order Status or go to your My Tezenis page
    • ‐ Fill in the online return form correctly by selecting all the items you wish to return and choose your trusted Tezenis store
    • ‐ Prepare the package and hand it in at the store you've chosen
    • ‐ You will receive a refund via the same payment method you chose for your online purchase
  • I have ordered the wrong size/item/colour for my gift, can I change it?

    No, you can return your item free of charge and get a refund, but you can't exchange it.

  • I have already filled in the return-form online and want to change it, what can I do?

    The return form cannot be modified online after it has been completed. However, if you have forgotten to include any of the articles or you wish to remove others, you can add/remove them from the package before giving it to the delivery company. Please make sure that all the articles you wish to return are sent back in a single shipment.

  • Can I return several different orders in the same delivery?

    Please return each order separately with the corresponding documents (return authorization and return label) in order for the refund to be processed correctly.

  • I have filled in and sent the return-form but have had second thoughts and wish to keep the items, what can I do?

    If you change your mind and you don’t want to return the items anymore, you just don’t have to contact UPS courier to book the collection of your return parcel.

  • How will I receive a refund for my return?

    The refund will be made using the payment method chosen for the online purchase. The refund will be made within 14 business days (for orders made with a Credit Card and PayPal) once the return has been received in our warehouse.

  • Can I get the refund on a different credit card rather than the one I've used to make my online order?

    No, the refund will take place on the same credit card used to pay for the online order.

  • Do I have to pay to return my order?

    No, the cost of return is on Calzedonia S.p.A.'s charge. To know more about our return policy click here

  • How much time do I have to return?

    You have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and make your return request.

  • Can I change and/or return in a store my online order?

    No, it's not possible to return or change an online order in a store

  • Can I return my online purchase in a store?

    Of course! You may return your online order in the nearest Tezenis store. Remember that you have 10 days to return items from the moment you submit the return request. Note: At certain times of year it is not possible to return an item to a store that was purchased online in the sales. In this case a return can be made exclusively by using courier company UPS. By filling in the online return form, you can arrange the collection of the package from the selected address.
