• Do I need to activate my e-Gift Card to be able to use it?

  No, the e-Gift Card can be used immediately upon receival using the recipient's email address. After selecting the payment method during the checkout phase, you can enter the number from your e-Gift Card.
  To use it correctly, make sure you use the e-mail address where you received your e-Gift Card."

• Where do I enter the Gift Card or e-Gift Card number on tezenis.com?

  After selecting the payment method at checkout, you will be asked to insert the Gift Card number and PIN or e-Gift Card number.

• Where can I use an e-Gift Card?

  You can use your e-Gift Card online. Please note that only one e-Gift Card can be used per online order.

• Do I need to spend the full e-Gift Card amount in one go?

  No. If you do not spend the full amount of the e-Gift Card, the remaining credit stays as a balance on the card for you to spend at a later date.

• How can I check the balance of my E -Gift Card?

• Is there an expiry date on my e-Gift Card?

  E-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.

Gift Wrap

• Can I purchase my order with a gift wrap?

  Tezenis offers the gift wrapping service. In the final stage of your purchase, you can choose which items to include in the gift box or if you would like to receive the gift kit to proceed with the DIY package.

• Can I place a single order with multiple gift-wrapped products?

  While placing your order, you can choose which items to put in the gift box. However, it is not possible to select more than one gift box per order. To include other items in another gift box, we recommend placing a new order. In any case, you can add the DIY kit option (Self Kit to package items at home) and add the required amount to the items you want to package. We remind you that you can choose the Gift wrapping option and add the DIY kit to the same order.
