  • How do I create a Tezenis account?

    Clicking on Login, a pop-up window appears in which you can choose to either Sign in or Register. Click on register and follow the instructions or click directly on the following link.

  • What are the benefits of having a Tezenis account?

    Having a Tezenis Account provides you a more delightful shopping experience and you can enjoy the following benefits:
    - Receiving news and exclusive offers;
    - Faster checkout;
    - Order history;
    - Save favorite items to your wishlist.

  • I forgot my Password. What should I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot password?” in the Sign in section, and enter the email address associated with your account. Follow the instructions in the e-mail you will receive.

    Make sure your password meets the following requirements:
    - at least 8 characters;
    - at least one number;
    - at least one capital letter or a special character;
    - does not contain spaces;
    - must not correspond to the email address used for registration.

    Log in to your account with the new password.

  • Activation/Reset password link is not arriving to my email. What should I do?

    If the email doesn't show in your Inbox, make sure to check “Spam” and/or “Promotions” folders. Also, make sure your inbox isn’t full.

  • How can I update my information?

    Log in to your account using the associated e-mail address.
    After logging in, go to the PROFILE section; here you can modify your personal data, e-mail address and password.

  • I placed an order as an unregistered user. Can I add it to my account?

    Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment.

  • Do I need to have an account to place an order?

    No, you don’t need to be registered to place an order. Once entering the checkout choose to proceed as a guest.

  • What is the difference between subscription to Newsletter and an Account?

    By subscribing to the Newsletter, you will be receiving information about new promotions, arrivals, and general news about the brand.
    Subscription to Newsletter does not create an Account.

    If you decide to create an Account on our website, you will have the following benefits:
    - Faster checkout;
    - Order history;
    - Save favorite items to your wishlist.

  • Is it possible to delete my account?

    Yes, you can delete your account. After logging in select the option DELETE ACCOUNT in the profile section.
    Please note that by deleting your account you will no longer have access to the Account benefits.

  • Can I log in to Tezenis website using my social media account? Where can I check my personal information?

    You can access the website with your social accounts. Click on Login at the top right.
    Choose the icon of the social network with which you want to register and follow the indicated steps.

    Your personal information will be visible in the PROFILE section.
    If you are logged in via social media, any changes you make on the Tezenis website on your personal data will not impact the data on the social network in any way.
    Please note that it is not possible to view or change your password from the Profile section.
