Courier delivery

• How much is shipping and who delivers order?

  The cost of the standard home delivery/standard delivery to a pick-up point is 49 kr. The cost for express home delivery is 69 kr. All standard deliveries for orders over 399 kr are free of charge. PostNord will take care of your delivery. In the shipping confirmation email you will find the link to track your package.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Deliveries for orders placed before 09:00 are made by the courier within 4 working days for standard home delivery/ standard delivery to a pick-up point and within 3 working days for express home delivery. All orders placed after that time will be processed on the following business day. You can monitor your order through the tracking link you received in your email.
  We inform you that during special events (Sales, Black Friday or Cyber Monday, etc.) your order can be slightly delayed. This delay is due to the high number of shipments. For further information please contact our Customer Service.

• I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

  You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your account. If you have not registered on tezenis.com, you can directly access the Follow your order/return page. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order clicking on "Monitor the shipping of your order".

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
