If you need to return one or more items, you have to follow these easy steps:
1. Go to "Follow your order/return" or to your account.
2. Fill in the Online Returns Form correctly by selecting all the items you wish to return.
3. Prepare the parcel. Attach the label which came with your delivery to the return parcel. Arrange the pick-up through the PostNord App or by calling 0771 33 33 10. Also, you can drop off the parcel at the nearest PostNord drop-off point.
4. You will be refunded via the payment method you originally used to place your online order once your items have arrived to our warehouse and your return has been approved.
Remember, the products returned must be sent back to our warehouse in a single shipment.
