Yes, you can always change your mind on tezenis.com and return them free of charge through the return online procedure that you can find on the Follow your order / return page. The returned items must be sent to Calzedonia SpA in a single shipment. You'll be refunded in no time via the payment method you originally used to make your purchase. If you want to return your items by courier, you have to follow these easy
steps:
- go to the Follow your order / return page
or to your account
‐ click on "Request online return", fill out the return form online and
select "Return with carrier"
‐ book the UPS express courier to collect the package from your chosen
address. Tezenis will bear the cost of the return from your address to our
warehouse
‐ you will be refunded via the payment method you originally used to place
your online order once your items have arrived to our warehouse and your
return has been approved.
Remember, the products returned must be sent back to our warehouse in a
single shipment.
