TEZENIS E-GIFT CARDS PURCHASED ONLINE CONDITIONS OF USE

About the E-GIFT CARD

The E-GIFT CARD can be purchased by Customers at www.tezenis.com/uk (Website) operated by TEZENIS SPA (the “Seller”) and can be used for future purchases or as a gift for friends and family. The card does not bear the holder's name.
The E-GIFT CARD is emailed to the recipient indicated by the Customer when purchasing the card and can be used immediately, as outlined below, to purchase goods on the Website.
The E-GIFT CARD is only a payment method and is not intended in any way as a financial instrument.

Validity period

The E-GIFT CARD is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of the confirmation email sent to the recipient of the E-GIFT CARD, or until the balance has been used up (whichever is sooner). The precise expiry date of the card can be checked at any time on the Website.

Characteristics

The value of the E-GIFT CARD will be chosen by the Customer, from a minimum of £20 to a maximum of £1000.
No discounts and/or promotions of any kind may be applied when purchasing the E-GIFT CARD.
No cost is incurred when it is issued, activated or used.
It is not reloadable.
The card’s recipient will be sent the E-GIFT CARD code by email.
The E-GIFT CARD can be used for multiple transactions on the Website until its balance has been used up.
The value of each purchase will be deducted from the remaining balance of the E-GIFT CARD.
A statement showing the balance and any transactions carried out using the E-GIFT CARD can be requested at any time in the E-GIFT CARD section on the Website.
If the balance of the E-GIFT CARD has not been used by its expiry date, the Customer will not be entitled to any kind of cash payment or refund.
The E-GIFT CARD cannot be converted into cash and the balance cannot be returned to the Customer in any form.
It cannot be used to purchase other E-GIFT CARDS.
If the balance of the E-GIFT-CARD is not sufficient to pay for the desired purchase, the difference must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted on the Website.
The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.

Loss or theft

The E-GIFT CARD belongs to the holder. It does not bear the holder’s name and may be used by anybody who presents it to make a purchase. The cardholder is solely responsible for its use and safe keeping. In the event that it is stolen, lost or damaged, the card cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for any improper or fraudulent use of the E-GIFT CARD by third parties.

Conditions of use

The issuance and use of an E-GIFT CARD implies acceptance of these conditions of use, which are available on the Website, and which remain valid until expressly modified or replaced.

Proper use of the E-GIFT CARD

The Seller reserves the right to check that the E-GIFT CARD is being used properly and to take action in the event of violations.
E-GIFT CARDS obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void.

Right of withdrawal

Should the Customer wish to exercise their right to withdraw after purchasing an E-GIFT CARD, the procedure outlined in point 7 of the “Conditions of Purchase”, available on the Website, must be followed.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with current legislation. For further details, Customers can consult our privacy policy.
