By checking this box, you will consent to us using information regarding your profile and purchasing habits:

To realize these purposes, we will use data regarding your purchases (including related to Oniverse's other brands: Calzedonia, Intimissimi, IUMAN Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis, Signorvino, Falconeri, Atelier Emé), your online behaviors, your participation in our loyalty programs, information related to the use of our services, your country of origin, your gender and age, your interactions with us through our websites, through Apps - which may be developed by us or by third parties - and through our social channels (e.g., Facebook).
We will also enrich your profile with statistical information that we may lawfully acquire from other sources: for example, in relation to your area of residence (such as demographic information, geo-referencing data, etc.) or the electronic tools you use to interact with us. Purchase data will be kept for 3 years, additional data for 1 year after collection, except for gender, age and country of origin which will be kept until your consent is revoked.
The Data Controller is Calzedonia SpA. By writing to privacy@oniverse.it you can exercise your right:
i) to access, to find out whether any processing of your data is taking place and to obtain a copy;
ii) to obtain rectification or integration of your data;
iii) to request deletion of your data;
iv) to obtain restriction of processing;
v) to data portability;
vi) to withdraw consent.
You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is taking place contrary to the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679.
