Terms and Conditions of the Tezenis Club Loyalty Program

Calzedonia UK Ltd, a company managed and coordinated by Oniverse Holding SpA, with its registered office at Spirella House, 266–270 Regent Street, London W1B 3AH and VAT number 906 446 326, offers discounts, benefits and services to customers participating in the programme online at www.tezenis.com/uk/.
If a Cardholder does not accept any amendments, they are entitled to cancel their registration at any time, in accordance with the cancellation process set out below.
Continued use of the Card after the amendments have taken effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

4. Type, Name, Purpose of the scheme and Duration

This is a promotional loyalty programme called the “Tezenis Club Loyalty Card” programme. It allows customers to access benefits through a digital loyalty card (the “Tezenis Club Loyalty Card”), including exclusive offers and dedicated advantages.
The purpose of the programme is to encourage customer loyalty by offering advantages to Cardholders.
Subject to sections 7 (“Functionality”) and 9 (“Programme interruption – Card deactivation – miscellaneous”), the “Tezenis Club Loyalty Card” does not have an expiry date.

5. Eligibility

The programme is open to customers aged 18 years or over who hold a Card in accordance with the registration and usage terms set out below.

Registration for the “Tezenis Club” loyalty programme requires the creation of a personal account, which allows the Customer to access their profile on the brand’s e-commerce website or mobile app.
The registration process prevents individuals under 18 from joining the programme. Registration and activation are carried out in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. The “Tezenis Club” Card is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one per Customer. It must be used for private and non-commercial purposes only.
Customers may withdraw from the loyalty programme at any time by contacting Customer Care on 0203 837 6463 or by visiting www.tezenis.com/loyaltylanding.

7. How does it work

The Card allows Customers to benefit from discounts, promotional offers, and special initiatives, which will be communicated from time to time.
Customers may access these benefits by logging into the dedicated area on www.tezenis.com/uk or through the official app.
Communications relating to participation in the loyalty programme, and those necessary for its operation (including, for example, registration or cancellation confirmation, and the allocation of discounts or gifts), are essential for the performance of the programme. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Customers agree to receive such communications via the contact details provided at registration.
If a customer chooses not to receive these communications, Calzedonia UK Ltd will be unable to operate the programme and provide related services. Any withdrawal of consent during the programme will result in its automatic termination.

9. Programme discontinuation, Card deactivation and miscellaneous

Calzedonia UK Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Tezenis Club Loyalty Programme and related services at any time, at its sole discretion.
Customers will be informed of any changes, suspension or termination via www.tezenis.com/uk.
Without prejudice to any rights under applicable law, including the right to compensation for damages, Calzedonia UK Ltd may revoke a Customer’s right to use the Card and deactivate it where the Card is used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, in cases of unlawful use, or where use may harm the image of the “Tezenis” brand.
Calzedonia UK Ltd also reserves the right, upon notice, to deactivate the Card where it has not been used, or where the Customer has remained inactive for a period exceeding five (5) years. In such cases, the Customer will no longer be able to benefit from the advantages and services of the loyalty programme.
Calzedonia UK Ltd is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from issues affecting the loyalty programme due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Company is also not responsible for any fraudulent, improper or incorrect use of the Card.
