  • I have not received my order yet. What should I do?

    You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your account. If you are not registered on, you can directly access the Follow your order/return page. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order through the "TRACK DELIVERY" section.

  • I have just made my order and wish to cancel / modify it, what can I do?

    The modification of orders is, unfortunately, not possible in our system. You have the possibility to cancel your order directly from the Follow your order/return page within 15 minutes from the purchase. We remind you that the order cancellation is not possible for orders paid with Gift card. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can send the order back for free upon receipt. See the 'Return' section for more information.

  • How much do I have to pay for the shipping of my order?

    The express delivery cost is €8,95. The standard delivery cost is €4,95 and you get free delivery for any order over €60. The delivery to the Access Point is €6,95.

  • How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

    Order by 12pm and your goods will be delivered to your chosen address or to UPS Access Point™ within 48 hours. Any orders placed after 12pm will leave our warehouses the next working day. If you chose in-store delivery, you will receive an email as soon as your package is ready for collection.

  • Can I return the items bought online?

    Yes, you can always change your mind on and return the items free of charge through the return online procedure that you can find on your Follow your order/return page. The returned items must be sent to Calzedonia SpA in a single shipment. You'll be refunded in no time via the payment method you originally used to make your purchase.

  • The website gives me an error while inserting the zip code. What should I do?

    Please, make sure that you insert your zip code in the following format: NNN NN (example 831 06).

  • How will I receive my refund?

    The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (provided that we have received the returned items or that you have given us a proof of having sent them to us) or alternatively, after you will deliver the returned products to the courier or to a pick up point. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.

  • Do I have to pay to return my order?

    Shortly after filling out the return form on your Follow your order/return page, you will be able to download the return label which will allow you to return your items completely free of charge.

  • I'm not sure about the bra size or style, what can I do?
