If you need to return one or more items, you have to follow these easy steps:
- Log into your account or go to the FOLLOW YOUR
ORDER/RETURN section at the bottom of the
website.
‐ Fill in the Online Returns Form correctly by selecting all the items you wish to return
‐ Book the UPS express courier to collect the package from your chosen address. Tezenis will
bear the cost of the return from your address to our warehouse in Verona
‐ The refund will be made within 14 bussiness days (for orders made with a Credit Card and
PayPal).
‐ Remember, the products returned must be sent back to the Vendor in a single shipment.
We cannot process an exchange, but you can return your item for free and start a new order.
You have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and make your return request.
Please return each order separately with the corresponding return label in order for the refund to be processed correctly.
You can find the label by going to the homepage, clicking on "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" and then enter your order number and last name. Select "Return" and then click on the "Download the label" box.
The return form cannot be modified online after it has been completed. However, if you have forgotten to include any of the articles or you wish to remove others, you can add/remove them from the package before giving it to the delivery company. Please make sure that all the articles you wish to return are sent back in a single shipment.
If you change your mind and you don’t want to return the items anymore, you just don’t have to contact the courier or take the items to the store.
The refund will be made using the payment method chosen for the online purchase. The refund will be made within 14 business days (for orders made with a Credit Card and PayPal) once the return has been received in our warehouse. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.
No, the refund will take place on the same credit card used to pay for the online order.
Please, contact UPS Customer Service to arrange another pickup date. You can also return your package with the same return label to a UPS Access Point.

No, it's not possible to return or change an online order in a store.
After your return is approved, you will be refunded for the instalments already charged, while the instalments not yet charged will be canceled. In case of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from the remaining instalments and you will be refunded the rest if necessary.
