The option to write a review is reserved for customers who have purchased a product through the online channel, in addition to customers who have purchased a product at physical stores, provided that they are members of the loyalty programme, and consent to verification of the purchase.
The general review of an item is rated with a number of stars as voted by each customer for that specific item.
We cannot verify if the Customer provided their own evaluation and/or review having actually used the item before writing their own opinion. We verify only that they have actually purchased it online and received it.
By submitting a review the Customer agrees to give us the right to verify it before it is published: reviews should in fact provide any type of information useful in helping other users to decide if the item is suitable or not for their needs.
Reviews are not permitted that contain:
- information with the intent to deceive or mislead other users;
- language or content that is obscene or discriminatory in any way;
- critical or inappropriate comments about other reviews or Customers;
- ads, spam, referrals to other websites or retailers;
- information that may identify the person (for example, email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, etc.).
Finally, we reserve the right to modify this disclosure without notice, the information available on our site at the time you send your specific review shall apply.
