  • How much is Express shipping and who delivers my order?

    Price for 48-hour UPS Express delivery is €8,95. Standard delivery with UPS is €4,95 and free for orders over €75.

  • What is delivery time for my online order?

    Order before 14:00 (Italian time) and your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 48 hours (express delivery) or within 4 working days (standard delivery). Any order placed after that time will be dispatched on the next business day.
    We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

  • I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

    You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your account. If you have not registered on tezenis.com, you can directly access the Follow your order / return page. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order clicking on "Monitor the shipping of your order".

  • Can I place an online order and send it to a different country from my own?

    Make sure you place your order from the Tezenis website of the same country you would like for it to be shipped to. Also remember that the billing and shipping addresses have to be in the same country.

  • Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

    No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.

  • I entered the wrong shipping address, how can I change it?

    At the moment it is not yet possible to change the shipping address of an order. We suggest you contact our Customer Service providing your order number and the correct address: we will take care of communicating the new shipping address to the courier.
