Terms and Conditions of the Tezenis Club Loyalty Program

Premise

TEZENIS SPA, a company subject to the direction and coordination of Oniverse Holding SpA, with registered office in Malcesine (VR), Via Portici Umberto Primo n. 5/3 and administrative headquarters in Dossobuono di Villafranca (VR), Via Monte Baldo n. 20, VAT no. 02253210237, makes discounts, benefits, and services available to customers who wish to benefit from them at "Tezenis" stores (both directly operated and participating franchises) and on the website.

To enjoy these benefits, customers must become holders of the Tezenis loyalty card. The issuance of the Tezenis loyalty card (hereinafter the "Card") and its use are governed by the following conditions (hereinafter also referred to as the "Regulations"), which the recipient Customer must read carefully.

The activation of the Card, in the manner set forth in section 5 below, implies the Customer's acceptance of these regulations.

Tezenis Spa reserves the right to periodically modify, even partially, these conditions. The relevant amendments will enter into force 10 (ten) consecutive days after their publication on www.tezenis.com/lt/loyaltylanding. In the event that the recipient Customer does not accept the changes made, they will have the right to cancel their registration, a right which, in any case, they hold at any time as specified below.

The use of the Card after the changes come into effect implies, by conclusive conduct, the acceptance of the modifications made. Tezenis Spa also reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, at any time, this loyalty program, without the Customer having any right to claim against it (without prejudice to the respect of rights already acquired by participants up to that moment), by giving notice on its website and/or at the participating points of sale. These Regulations are always available for consultation at the designated address.

1. Promoter / Responsible Parties

The loyalty program is managed by Oniverse Holding SpA (Tezenis Spa), registered office at Via Portici Umberto Primo n. 5/3, Malcesine (VR), administrative headquarters at Via Monte Baldo n. 20, Dossobuono di Villafranca (VR), VAT no. 02253210237.

2. Participants / Recipients

All customers of legal age (adults) shopping at Tezenis stores can create and hold a Tezenis Loyalty Account

3. Territory

The territory of the Republic of Lithuania (valid across all Tezenis stores located in Lithuania and on the local e-commerce website).

4. Type / Denomination / Purpose of the Initiative / Duration

This is a promotional initiative consisting of a loyalty program based on the collection of points on a digital card called "Tezenis Loyalty Card", granting exclusive rights and benefits to its holders. The purpose of the initiative is to build customer loyalty through a rewards program that recognizes benefits for Customers holding the Card.

Without prejudice to the premises, section 8 ("Interruption of the program – Card deactivation – Miscellaneous"), the Card does not expire.

5. Registration Procedures

The Card can be acquired free of charge in all stores, where it will be registered in the system. Customers also have the option to download the digital card directly to their smartphone.

Registration for the "Tezenis Club" loyalty program requires the creation of a specific "Tezenis Club" account, which will allow the Customer to access their personal page on the brand's e-commerce website and their profile on the "Tezenis" app.

Registration systems will prevent minors from joining the loyalty circuit. Activation/registration is carried out in compliance with privacy regulations. The Tezenis Club Card is personal and non-transferable. Each Customer may not activate more than one card during its validity. The Tezenis Club Card is strictly for private, non-commercial use.

The Customer may freely request to be removed from the loyalty program at any time by contacting customer care at hello@tezenis.com, or by accessing the website www.tezenis.com/lt/loyaltylanding.

6. Benefits

Benefits for all Loyalty members:

• • 20% Birthday Discount, valid for 30 days from the date of birth. It is applicable to items with special offers/promotions, but not valid on already discounted/sale items;
• • Home Delivery Orders and Returns at €1;
• • Special offers and dedicated discounts;
• • Free Shipping Days.

Exclusive benefits for Tezenis App users:

• • Gift coupons for every 100 points accumulated. Each €5 coupon will be valid for 30 days and can be used on purchases of €10 or more;
• • Games and missions to earn additional points;
• • Early access to sales.
