  • Why does my payment seem charged twice?

    There is a difference between a payment authorization and a charge: when you make an online order there is always the payment authorization. An authorization is a pending payment or an amount reserved in a payment account. It is not a real charge and is usually shown in the pending charges section of credit cards. The charge is only made once the parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. If you see the amount authorized as collected, please contact your bank directly so they can "unlock" the amount withheld.

  • When is the amount charged on my credit card?

    If you pay by credit card, you will be charged when your goods are shipped from our warehouse. Depending on your bank, you may be charged a foreign transaction fee by the bank. If you have further questions you will need to contact your bank directly.

  • Is my payment safe?

  • Can I pay in instalments?

    Yes, you can pay in three monthly installments of the same amount using Klarna Pay in 3 installments. The first installment will be charged as soon as the purchase is completed, while the other two installments will be charged in the following two months. Klarna will notify you about the payment a few days in advance. Klarna is a completely free service, as long as the instalments are paid within the deadline. In case one or more installments are not paid within the deadline, you will be charged a late payment fee.

  • Can I pay with bank transfer?

    At the moment it is not possible to pay with cash or bank transfer.

  • Is registration necessary to order online?

    It is not necessary to be registered,you can always place your order as a guest.

  • Where can I find my Invoice?

    Your invoice will be sent to your email address once the order is shipped. You will also have the option to resend it from your order details if you have an account or from the "Follow your order/return" link at the bottom of our website by clicking the resend button.
