• Can I purchase an e-gift card online?

  Yes, you can purchase an E-Gift card online directly at this link.

• Do I need to activate my e-Gift Card to be able to use it?

  You can use your e-Gift Card immediately after receiving it. When ordering on our website it is necessary to use the email address to which the card was sent.

• Where do I enter the Gift Card or e-Gift Card number on tezenis.com?

  After selecting the payment method at checkout, you will be asked to insert the Gift Card number and PIN or e-Gift Card number. Please note that only one Gift Card / e-Gift Card can be used per online order.

• Can I pay my order with a Gift Card bought in a store?

  Yes, the Gift Cards bought in our physical stores can be used online on tezenis.com. You will need to enter the card number and the PIN code in the appropriate boxes at the checkout. The PIN code can be found by scrubbing the silver box on your card.

• Where can I use an e-Gift Card?

  You can use your e-Gift Card online and in participating stores. To use the e-Gift Card in store, show the cashier the email you will receive and provide the PIN code that it contains.

• What is the difference between a Gift Card and an e-Gift Card?

  The Gift Card can be purchased in stores and can be used both in stores and online. The e-Gift Card can be purchased online and it can be used in stores and online at tezenis.com. To use the e-Gift Card in store, show the cashier the email you will receive and provide the PIN code that it contains.

  No, you can use your e-Gift Card for multiple transactions (both online and in store). Remember that once you use a Gift card for a purchase online, it can no longer be converted into a physical one at the store.

• Is there an expiry date on my e-Gift Card?

  Gift Card and E-Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

• What happens if I add my gift cards to the Digital Wallet?

  Once added, your Gift Cards can only be used through the Wallet to make purchases online and in store. The Gift Cards will retain their original expiration date, and any remaining balance will no longer be usable after that date.

• Can I purchase my order with a gift wrap?

  Tezenis offers the gift wrapping service. In the final stage of your purchase, you can choose which items to include in the gift box or if you would like to receive the gift kit to proceed with the DIY package.

• Can I place a single order with multiple gift-wrapped products?

  While placing your order, you can choose which items to put in the gift box. However, it is not possible to select more than one gift box per order. To include other items in another gift box, we recommend placing a new order. In any case, you can add the DIY kit option (Self Kit to package items at home) and add the required amount to the items you want to package. We remind you that you can choose the Gift wrapping option and add the DIY kit to the same order.
