    The cost of the standard home delivery is 95 KR and for standard delivery to a pick-up point 69 KR. Both deliveries are free for any order over 649 KR.

  • Who delivers my order?

    PostNord will take care of your standard home delivery and standard delivery to a pick-up point. In the shipping confirmation email you will find the link to track your package.

  • What is the delivery time for my online order?

    Order before 9 AM CET and your goods will be delivered within 4 working days (Standard home and standard delivery to a pick-up point). Any orders made after that time will leave our warehouses on the next business day. You can monitor any time your order through the tracking you received per email.
    We inform you that during special events (Sales, Black Friday or Cyber Monday, etc.) your order can be slightly delayed. This delay is due to the high number of shipments. For further information please contact our Customer Service.

  • Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?
