  • Can I have my order sent to a Tezenis store?

    Yes, while placing your order, make sure to select a store. Delivery to store is completely free of charge.

  • I chose delivery to store. How long does it take for my order to arrive at the store?

    The estimated delivery time for in-store pick-ups is within 5 working days from the date of shipment from our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package has been delivered at the store you have selected. We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

  • How can I track my in-store order?

    There is no tracking number for in-store delivered orders. You can check the status of your order in the Follow your order / return option on the website.

  • Can I receive my order in an Tezenis store and pay with cash?

    Cash on delivery payment option is not available at the moment. You can pay your order with the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Gift Card / e-Gift Card.

  • What should I present in store to collect my order?

    Please come to the store with the printed confirmation email and your identity document.

  • Can I send someone else to pick up my order?

    Any person can come to the store and pick up the order with the printed confirmation email and a copy of your identity card.

  • I didn't pick up my online order sent to the store on time, how do I receive a refund?

    In case you do not pick up your order within 10 days from delivery to the store, you will receive an email informing you that the refund will be processed through the same payment method used when placing your order. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.

    • How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

      The cost of express delivery with UPS Express is 8,95 €. The cost of standard delivery with UPS Standard is 4,95 € and you get free delivery for any order over 55 €. If you are a member of the Tezenis Talent loyalty program, standard shipping costs 1 €.

    • What is the delivery time for my online order with express delivery?

      Order before 12 noon (Italian time) and your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 24 hours. Any orders made after that time will leave our warehouses on the next business day. You can monitor any time your order through the tracking you received per email. We inform you that during special events (Sales, Black Friday or Cyber Monday, etc.) your order can be slightly delayed. This delay is due to the high number of shipments. For further information please contact our Customer Service.

    • I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

      You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your account. If you have not registered on tezenis.com, you can directly access the Follow your order / return page. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order clicking on "Monitor the shipping of your order".

    • Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

      Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

    • Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

      No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
